Privacy Policy

This site collects only what you give it. If you sign up for email updates, I keep your name and email address to send campaign updates; every message includes a way to unsubscribe. If you use the contact or volunteer form, I keep what you wrote so I can respond. Donations are processed by a third party under those third parties' own privacy terms; this site does not store payment information.

I don't sell, rent, or share your information. The one exception is the law: Minnesota campaign-finance law (Minnesota Statutes Chapter 211A) requires that contributions above a statutory threshold be reported to the Rochester City Clerk and/or Rochester Public Schools Administrative Clerk with the contributor's name and address, and those reports are public records.
